I know it’s not the beginning of the week, but the next Monday will be here in 5, 4, 3…. So here are a few tips* I’d like to share with you that will hopefully help you get (not only) next week off to a great start!
a. Don’t Let Things Pile Up
Although I am a notorious procrastinator, I realize that I only cause more stress when I permit things to pile up. To give myself some traction, I create a “do by” date/time for things I don’t feel I can effectively handle right away.
The summer is coming to an end. Most folks are back from their holidays, and people are back at work or in school. Or both. Still the feeling of summer lingers on in the few warmer golden days at the beginning of fall, and I’m intensely aware of the crisper smell in the air, as well as the changing of color that’s beginning all around me…
Soon I’ll be revving things back up. Details about the next TableTalk session, for example, as well as more frequent blogging/podcasting/videocasting.
Till then: Just a little reminder from me to us all to release that “Beautiful Dreamer” we have crouching inside our souls.
